Transformation is my calling

In 2016, when I was asked to work in India, I was already in a different phase of my career. Over a period of about three years, I gradually started spending less time on the foundational work of innovation and more on helping teams. During my time in India, I truly matured my already existing love of driving change, especially in a distributed setup with people who are all part of the same team but working out of different countries. It was during the Covid period – when I was here – that I learnt transformation is even possible when things are in dire straits.

I understand working with different work cultures
In my current role, I sometimes zoom out to analyse challenges from an anthropologist ‘s viewpoint; working with employees operating from various countries is a fascinating thing, especially because there’s no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ culture. It’s just a fact, and I love to inspire people on how to deal with the differences. I see it as one of my responsibilities to bridge the gap between multiple professional work cultures.
